I cannot get my patio screen door unlocked. What do I haveto do to make it work so I can open it?

Any idea what brand of lock you have? We sell some replacement screen door hardware, but there are many brands of screen doors that could have all kinds of different hardware. Without some more specifics I'm not sure we can help. I would suspect that your latch has failed or some kind of internal mechanism or spindle is broken so it's not working like it should.
