Weathered Black Kick Plates are available in 6" x 8" heights and several widths. You can also choose from screw mount, magnetic mount and adhesive mount. Please double check the width you order to make sure you get the right kick plate. Generally you will want to order a kickplate that is 2" shorter than your door width so that it doesn't get in the way of your door trim and weatherstripping. So if you have a 36" door for example, you'll want to order a 34" wide kickplate. Many kickplates are custom made to order in the finish you need. Some standard sizes are in stock, but please allow 2-3 weeks before shipment.

3 Kickplate Mounting Types
Screw Mount: Evenly spaces screws along top and bottom of the kickplate.
28, 30 & 32 Inch Wide - 5 Screws Top 5 Screws bottom.
34 & 40 Inch Wide - 6 Screws Top and 6 Screws Bottom.

Magnetic Mount: Continuous magnetic sheet across the back of kick plate (only works on steel doors).
Adhesive Mount: All weather adhesive strip top and bottom of the kickplate (can be attached to any door type).

If you have an odd size requirement, we can likely custom make your kickplate for you. Please contact us for a quote.

Hotel or Commercial Kickplates
Have a big project? We do large orders of kickplates all the time. If you need more than 10 kickplates, please contact us for a quote.

NOTE:

Your kickplate will arrive with adhesive covering the front surface to protect the finish. Please remove the protective film to see finish. We recommend removing the film after installation to protect the kickplate while installing.

At our option, we will repair or replace free of charge any product found to be defective and subject to this warranty, provided it is delivered prepaid to us. This warranty does not apply to any defects or malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use. BRASS Accents, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential damages. Please note: The limited warranty on all locks or latches is void if consumer uses them on knobs, levers, or trim other than original supplied by BRASS Accents, Inc. or the manufacturer. Finishes are warranted only until delivery from BRASS Accents, Inc. to the customer.

All Brass Accents kickplates are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure to package your kickplate well in it's original packaging when making a return. Installed hardware cannot be returned. Please contact us for return instructions or see our returnspage for more information.

I ordered a Black Kickplate for my garage door. it was a custom size, so i had a hard time finding it.Found on direct Door Hardware website. Customer service was very friendly, shipping was timely, and Kickplate was nice and high quality. My only issue is that the Kickplate has ten holes for screw mounting and there were no screws included. For the $70.00+ that I paid for this item, I think the hardware should be included. Had to make a trip to Home Depot to buy screws and the only ones I could find don't match very well. However, I am very pleased with the product and would recommend this company.

Black weathered kickplate

This was actually spray painted black on brass. Disappointing for what was described. Easy to install

OK overall but I am thinking mine was more like $60-80, not what is shown here. It was somewaht banged up when it arrived and had some kind of gunk/corrosion on the back side. Installation was easy due to the magnetic attachement. Overall impression was not good value for the money.

Kick Plate

Love it! The Magnetic option is the best. Nice finish, good quality, easy install. Great way to spruce up your front door. Rate it 10/10. Highly recommended.

Awesome Kickplates

I looked everywhere for kickplates this size in this color and I finally found them here. When these kickplates arrived, I was even happier. The quality is fantastic and putting them on our steel doors was a breeze, since they're magnetic. I'm very, very happy with them.

Kick plates arrived on time and were well packed. They are sturdy and just what we wanted to update entry benches - not the usual use for kick plates but great for what we needed. Site for ordering was easy to navigate. I would order from this company again.

Exactly what we were looking for

We needed a kickplate for a new wood front door. I mistakenly ordered the 36 in., but a representative called me and explained that it was best to have it inside the door measurement to prevent interference with the weather stripping. It was easy to install and looks great. Really appreciate the fact that they took the time to check on my order before shipping.
