How to Order Emtek Arts & Crafts Lever Handles with Rectangular Rosette
Emtek's Arts & Crafts lever handles with Rectangular rosettes are easy to order. Just select from the options in the pull down menu to customize the finish and fit. Handing. When ordering lever handles or handlesets, we'll need to know the handing of your door. Door handing is the direction in which your door swings. If you order the incorrect door handing you will either have locks on the wrong side of the door, levers that are upside down, or levers that point in the wrong direction and keep the door from closing properly. Finishes. With four finishes to choose from Emtek offers the freedom to coordinate hardware finishes to match your entire home. High quality finishes that are resistant to weather and handling ensure that your hardware will look great for many years to come. *some finishes, oil rubbed bronze and patinas, are intended to wear with use and age. Emtek covers it's door hardware with a 5 yr finish and mechanical warranty. Living finishes are not covered under this warranty as they are designed to change over time. For more information see Emtek Door Hardware Warranty.
Emtek products are assembled per order so when they are returned the doorknobs have to be taken apart and restocked. As a result, there is a 25% restock fee on all Emtek products. If items are returned that have been installed, used or abused there may be a higher restock fee assessed or no credit issued. If you need to return an item, please repack the door hardware in it's original packaging to assure that it arrives undamaged. For more return information see our Direct Door Hardware Returns Page.
