Deltana Solid Brass Medium Casement Fastener Window Lock

These are a good value for what you get- sturdy, heavy and seemingly well-made brass locks perfect for sidelights. Someone on one of my jobs installed cheap, white locks from a local big box hardware store and a number of them broke and the doors flew open when wind hit. Mind you this is LA, not the high desert. So I ordered these as replacements and they are so well made and heavy, but also look elegant (much better than the prior ones). So far, after 3 months, they have held up nicely. They give a substantial, quality feel to the house and the finish is nice.
