Emtek carries trims to fit all kinds of patio doors.
For Jeldwen doors, you would look under Emtek's Configuration 4 or Configuration 5.
And if these measurements match up with your Jeldwen door measurements, you are well on your way to get creative with all the styles Emtek has to offer.
It's pretty fun to mix and match.
