With these changes Schlage's locks are easier to install correctly the first time, resulting in a longer lasting lock providing peace of mind that every door is safe and secured with a lock built to last.

Schlage ND Series Specs

Handing:
ND Series Levers are non-handed.
Door Thickness:
Fits Doors 1 5/8" to 2 1/8" Thick (41MM-54MM) standard including Vandlguard Functions. 1 3/4"-2" for Function ND85. Spacer can be purchased for 1 3/8" doors. Can be special ordered for thicker doors with a 6-8 week leadtime.
Backset:
Must specify backset when ordering. Available in 2 3/4" (70MM) 2 3/8" (60MM) 3 3/4" (95MM) and 5" (127MM)
Faceplate:
Brass Bronze or Stainless steel - 1 1/8" x 2 1/4" (29MM x 57MM) Square Corner, Beveled.
Lock Chassis:
Zinc Plated for corrosion resistance
Latch Bolt:
Steel 1/2" (12MM) Throw, deadlocking on the keyed and exterior functions.
Exposed Trim:
Pressure cast Zinc plated to match symbols on levers. Roses Brass, bonze or Zinc depending on finish.
Strike:
ANSI Curved lip strike 1 1/4" x 4 7/8" x 1 3/16" lip to center standard.
Cylinder and Keys:
6 Pin Everest 29 S123 Keyway Standard with two patented nickel silver keys per lock. Also availabe in large format IC with or without core.
Keying Options:
Key Alike, Master Keying or Construction Keying. Please give us a call for keying costs.
Warranty:
Ten Year Limited warranty for all functions.
