Schlage Triple Option Standard Adjustable Deadbolt Latch

Schlage's standard adjustable latch fits doors prepped for 2 3/8" or 2 3/4" backset. Triple option means that the deadbolt latch can be used as a drive in latch, rounded corner faceplate or square corner faceplate.

Question Does this deadbolt have a square receiver hole?

Question This has a slotted hole to fit the drive bar on the Schlage B series deadbolts. This part is meant to be a replacement for the Schlage deadbolts only. I would not recommend this part for anything other than the Schlage deadbolts Answer provided by:  Josh (6/2/2021)

Question SKU 12287613 there are 3 parts bolt, faceplate, and what is the 3rd part the little insert for the hole. It is the 3rd item pictured on right and can those be purchased separately? I have a plastic one that broke on bathroom door. Thank you.

Question Triple option is referring to the 3 different ways you can install this latch. Square corner or Radius Corner faceplate or Drive-in. The part you are referring to is called a drive in collar. We do not have that available or for sale separately, I'm sorry. Answer provided by:  Zach (5/5/2025)
