Warranty Information
When returned, hardware has to be inspected for damage and that all mounting hardware, plates and screws or other applicable parts are in the box in original packaging. It is time consuming to verify a returned item is complete and in new condition to be able to re-sell the item. As a result PHG brand door hardware is subject to 15% restock fee when returned.
