Question Does this item fit a 1 3/8" door? What is the size of the faceplate? the description states 6 15/16" long 5/8" wide but the picture looks like a square. please clarify
Asked by: Trevor Michael - 4/4/2014
Question This lock will fit a 1-3/8" thick door. The door trim is a square. It will be 2-3/8" square. Answer provided by:  Jake Lott (4/7/2014)
Question It looks like this is a latch/lock device only and not a device with which the door can be pulled open. Do I need an edge pull in addition to this or does it act as an edge pull too? It's hard to tell because the photo is tiny. Thanks.
Asked by: peter - 1/22/2016
Question This will come with an edge pull. It will have all the hardware you need for a complete setup on a pocket door. Answer provided by:  Jake L (1/22/2016)
Question Will this Omnia 3911 work on a hollow core door
Asked by: Mike - 11/15/2023
Question Hollow core doors typically are solid where the knob gets installed. I wouldn't think you would have any issue using this on a hollow core door unless you have something abnormal. Answer provided by:  Jake (11/15/2023)
