"We do our best to be available to answer questions for our customers by phone which is why we post our phone number visibly at the top of every page on our website. We actually just added another phone line to our system with the hope that we'll be able to more quickly answer your questions. I know it's not cool to be left on hold, or to just get voice mail. I'm sure there will be times when we just can't get to everyone and a customer is going to get put on hold or sent to voice mail - we do our best to respond as soon as possible. I was just trying to contact our local telephone company that prides themselves on their customer service, but guess what? you can't find a phone number on their website without searching through different pages - and they are the telephone company. I was quite frustrated and couldn't find any contact information?until their live chat feature didn't work. I eventually found the page with their phone numbers, but still... it was irritating to have to search for it on the telephone company's website. Anyway,?the new line should help during the busy times of the day when our call volume is elevated.
