Commercial door hardware is available in several functions to meet the reruirements of your application. Below is an explanation of each function available in this knob. To order other functions and deadbolts check out the related products.


EXAMPLE		USE OR FUNCTION
		Entrance Keyed Locks - Turn Push button locking. Pushing and turning the button disengages outside lever requiring use of key until the button is manually unlocked. Push Button Locking - pushing the button disengages the outside lever until unlocked by key or by turning the inside lever. Clutch function is designed to disengage outside spindle from latch whne in locked condition.

		Storeroom Lock - Outside lever is always disengaged. Enter by key only. Inside lever is always unlocked. Clutch function is designed to disengage outside spindle from latch when in locked condition.
		Privacy Lock - Inside push button locks outside. Outside unlocked in emergency coin slot. Inside always free (unlocked).

		Passage Set - Both outside and inside always unlocked. No locking mechanism.

		Double Cylinder Knob - Keyed cylinder on both sides
		Single Dummy Door Knobs - Dummy door knobs mount to the surface of the door. This is the perfect solution for ball catch doors or other applications where a latch mechanism is not needed, but the look of a doorknob is desired. Dummy door knobs are used on doors that do not have a bore hole in them already. If your door is prepped with a bore hole, this function will not work.

EZSet Limited Product Warranty

EZSET Residential lockset come with a lifetime mechanical and 5-year finish warranty. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, warranting that the lock shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, other that normal wear to the lock. This warranty does not cover scratches or abrasions; abuse or misuse; deterioration due to the use of paint, solvents, or any other chemicals; or residential products used in commercial applications. Upon return of a confirmed defective product with an original paid receipt, the manufacturer shall either repair or replace the product. Under this warranty the manufacturer nor the supplier shall not be responsible for; any cost of removing the old lock, installing the new lock or any other additional costs.

The door handles appear to be very well made. These are not lightweight cheap handles. Installation was simple as everything fit together fine. The finish on the handles is also very well done. They look like they should cost much more than they actually do. They work smoothly and I expect that they will outlast the door. I could not ask for any more than that.

Installed these on all exterior doors on home located at beach. After 4 years, they have been completely trouble free with no demonstrable signs of corrosion. Highly recommended for anyone who is cost and performance savvy.

Used on an outdoor pole barn in a steel clad door. This door knob is well built using thick metal. Also got the stainless steel rust resistant version. Great price!

I need to buy 5 of these along with matching deadbolt. The problem is I need all 10 locks keyed alike, but I don't see these option. Is it available?

If My door measures 2 18" thick and a hole for latch from edge of door to center of hole - measures 3" do you sell one tis size?

Once I unlock the door knob using the key, if I took the key out, it automatically lock again or keep it unlocked unless I insert the key and manually lock the door knob?

Can you provide me a manual or instructions to remove my faulty lock? I could not not see any visible screws.

Every brand is a bit different. Typically you will have a small pinhole on the shaft of the knob. Use something small and insert into that hole to depress a mechanism that will allow the knob to slide off. Then the rosette should twist off, or have a small slot where you can gently pry it off. Once the rosette is removed, you will be able to see the mounting screws that holds the assembly together. Answer provided by: Jake (8/20/2018)

How to remove Parker keyed knob I released inside but can't get to screws coverplate won't pop or unscrew??

You have to remove the knob or lever from the post before you can pull the rosette off and access the screws underneath. If you look closely at the post behind the knob or lever, you should see a small tab that you need to press down with somekind of tool that will depress the spring lock inside. Once you get this depressed, the knob or lever will slide right off the post. Answer provided by: Zach (12/6/2018)
