The Mayfair and the Kensington look exactly the same as what i have. Is there a difference?

I think you mean Kellington. There was an error on our site. I have updated the Mayfair, it is more of an oval design where the Kellington is squared. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thx Answer provided by: Zach (10/2/2023)
