Emtek Square Style Double Cylinder Deadbolt

Emtek Double Cylinder Deadbolts have a keyed cylinder on the inside as well as on the outside. These deadbolts are generally used on doors that are part glass, the door can't be unlocked with out a key. It is not recommended on most doors because it increases the danger of a person trying to get out in case of a fire or other emergency.

Sophisticated Lock

This is the second lock we've had like this. I loved the square design and the fact that it will fit a very thick antique pair of doors. The bronze finish is handsome and this lock is guaranteed for life I believe. In our case different people go in and out of these gates ( at least 4 of us) and I find that is hard on a lock. Everyone turns a lock different. Hence I think that is why a mechanism in it wore out after 5-6 years. But this company told us what to tell a locksmith to repair it. I highly recommend this handsome lock. Mine is keyed both sides.
