We sell many different brands of door hardware and all of them have different warranty programs. One thing that is pretty consistent with all brands of door and kitchen cabinet hardware is that you should only use very mild soap and warm water to clean your hardware pieces. Chemicals will damage the finish and void the warranty.

NOTE: We do not cover the cost of international shipping should a warranty issue arise. Warranty on door hardware products is issued by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, manufacturers do not cover shipping costs to and from the manufacturer. If there happens to be a warranty issue with a lock, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the defective item and shipping of the replacement.
