Excellent product
Exceptional quality. Solid polished brass matches our existing master bath hardware. We needed a very thin (low profile) base plate to clear the bottom of the pedestrian door. The ceramic tile floor is raised due to thickness of tiles. Clean and simple install once we drilled through the tile and lite-crete and mesh underlayer. I recommend this for any application where you need to limit door swing and don't have something solid behind it to install a traditional baseboard stop and/or the distance from floor to door is minimal. This little beauty addressed both of these application challenges.
