Dark Bronze/Oil Rubbed Bronze Kick Plates are available in 6" x 8" heights and several widths. You can also choose from screw mount, magnetic mount and adhesive mount. Please double check the width you order to make sure you get the right kick plate. Generally you will want to order a kickplate that is 2" shorter than your door width so that it doesn't get in the way of your door trim and weatherstripping. So if you have a 36" door for example, you'll want to order a 34" wide kickplate. Many kickplates are custom made to order in the finish you need. Some standard sizes are in stock, but please allow 2-3 weeks before shipment.

3 Kickplate Mounting Types
Screw Mount: Evenly spaces screws along top and bottom of the kickplate.
28, 30 & 32 Inch Wide - 5 Screws Top 5 Screws bottom.
34 & 40 Inch Wide - 6 Screws Top and 6 Screws Bottom.

Magnetic Mount: Continuous magnetic sheet across the back of kick plate (only works on steel doors).
Adhesive Mount: All weather adhesive strip top and bottom of the kickplate (can be attached to any door type).

Hotel or Commercial Kickplates
Have a big project? We do large orders of kickplates all the time. If you need more than 10 kickplates, please contact us for a quote.

NOTE:

Your kickplate will arrive with adhesive covering the front surface to protect the finish. Please remove the protective film to see finish. We recommend removing the film after installation to protect the kickplate while installing.

LIMITED WARRANTY: BRASS Accents, Inc. warrants for a period of one (1) year that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. At our option, we will repair or replace free of charge any product found to be defective and subject to this warranty, provided it is delivered prepaid to us. This warranty does not apply to any defects or malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use. BRASS Accents, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential damages. Please note: The limited warranty on all locks or latches is void if consumer uses them on knobs, levers, or trim other than original supplied by BRASS Accents, Inc. or the manufacturer. Finishes are warranted only until delivery from BRASS Accents, Inc. to the customer.

I have ordered the dark bronze/oil rubbed bronze kickplates on two separate occasions. This product is excellent quality, made of durable materials and is very easy to install with the adhesive backing. The first one I ordered was for an outside door, and even after a few years it looks good as new. The web site made it very easy to select the right features and color, and it was shipped and received promptly. I am very satisfied with the product and with this company!

Was disappointed in the quality of the rubbed bronze door kickplate and screws that were included. The kickplate was plain sheet metal painted a dark brown color. Edges of the kickplate were not finished smooth. Included screws were cheap and the heads stripped out even after drilling pilot holes in a wood door. Had to go to the hardware store to buy all new screws. The kickplate works and looks decent enough now it's installed, but it was overpriced for what it is.

I was satisfied with the quality and installed appearance of the product, which was easy to install with the screws provided. However, the stiff pressboard packing material, meant to protect the plate from damage, was shorter than the plate, allowing two of the corners to be bent in shipment. I surmised that the pressboard was designed for shipping a 34 inch, not a 40 inch plate. Although I was able to straighten the corners without damaging the finish, I considered the use of the incorrect pressboard protector a careless and unnecessary oversight on someone's part.

That Plate Gave the Door the Kick it Needed!!!

Bronze/Oil Rubbed Bronze Kickplate We bought and installed the kickplate on our "Frank Lloyd Wright"/mission style front door. All fittings and fixtures are the same Broze/Oil Rubbed products. It was the finishing touch to our entryway and and looks outstanding. We've found cars stopped in front of the house photographing our home and the entry in particular. A great addition. The only downside - it cost three times the value of the product to import it into Canada. That said, the finished look was worth it.

Bronze Kick PLates

Aloha, None of the hardwarde stores including the "Big Box" Stores in Hawaii carried the 6" x 34" Bronze Kick plates. We recieved them the ones we ordered and immediately installed them. Love them both! Mahalo!
