BRASS Accents, Inc. warrants for a period of one (1) year that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. At our option, we will repair or replace free of charge any product found to be defective and subject to this warranty, provided it is delivered prepaid to us. This warranty does not apply to any defects or malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use. BRASS Accents, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential damages.
Please note: The limited warranty on all locks or latches is void if consumer uses them on knobs, levers, or trim other than original supplied by BRASS Accents, Inc. or the manufacturer. Finishes are warranted only until delivery to BRASS Accents, Inc. customer. Live finishes (antique, oil rubbed, and verdigris) may change color and texture over time. This process will enrich the appearance of your hardware and is not considered defective.
