Hello, we do ship to Canada. This is a replacement latch for a Brass Accents doorknob. The knob requires a 2-1/8" diameter bore hole a 2" backset, so the total drilled out will be 3-1/16" from the edge of the door. This latch has the correct 2" backset I need. But my door also has a small depth i the main borehole. I need a maximum depth under 3" from the faceplate of the latch to the back end of the latch barrel. What is the total length of this product, from faceplate to tail?

no, I don't have the rotation spec. These latches are designed to work with Brass Accents hardware. Ordering it for any other application may work, but would be at your own risk. Answer provided by: Zach (9/6/2022)

Is the measurement of 2” from the face of the latch to the hole or all the way to the end? I have an old latch that is stripped and needs to be replaced. The measurements from the face plate to the very end is 2”….1-1/2” to the hole

2" is the measurement from the edge of the door to the center of the bore hole. SO if yours is 2" overall, this will be too large. This is the shortest backset we have available. Answer provided by: Jake (1/20/2023)
