Lifetime Mechanical Warranty– Our Residential Grade 3 locksets, Commercial Grade 2 locksets and our commercial door closers and exit devices are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for life. This includes all moving and stationary parts of the mechanism.
Finish Warranty-Residential Grade 3 locksets in our normal finishes of Chrome finish, Polished Brass finish and Satin Nickel finish (CH, PB, DC, SN and SS suffix numbers) have a protective coating designed to preserve the original product’s color and appearance and are warranted for a period of 5 years, under normal use, to the original user. Specialty finish Grade 3 locksets in Matte Black Finish, Dark Bronze finish and Satin Brass finish (BLK, DB and SB suffix item numbers) also have a protective coating, but these specialty finish products only have a 1-year finish warranty, under normal use, to the original user.
