Baldwin Estate Series Soho Preconfigured Leverset Specification
SOLID FORGED BRASS: knobs, levers, and roses are manufactured of solid forged brass for maximum strength and durability.
LATCHES: Latches are constructed for exceptional durability and smooth operation. The heavy latch bolt springs are performance tested to eliminate lever sag. All latches are reversible to accommodate all door conditions.
FACEPLATE: Latches are supplied with a 1"(25mm) faceplate.
STRIKE: Latches are supplied with a full lip strike. Other strikes are available at an additional charge.
FUNCTIONS: Five (5) functions are available: passage, privacy, full dummy, half dummy, and keyed entry.
ROSES: Soho rosette is designed to conceal a 2-1/8"(54mm) pre-drilled door condition
BOLT: Deadbolt and latch bolt are constructed of solid brass. Deadbolt has 1" (25mm) throw when extended and a hardened steel insert for maximum protection and security. Latch bolt has a 1/2"(13mm) throw when extended to fully engage the door jamb.
CONCEALED MOUNTING: Images knob and lever sets offer a concealed mounting system. There are no fasteners visible to accumulate dirt and debris.
EASY INSTALLATION: The single set screw design facilitates quick and secure installation. Since the screw does NOT carry any torque, there is no tendency for the knob or lever to loosen on the spindle. The spindle is designed to eliminate any problems in locating the trim for 1-3/8" or 1-3/4" thick doors. Knobs or levers simply slide onto the spindle which is drilled to receive the set screw.
GRAPHIC INSTRUCTIONS: Images latch sets are designed for easy installation. The graphic instructions make installation easy and are included with each set.
DOOR THICKNESS: lock sets fit 1-3/8"(35mm) or 1-3/4"(49mm) doors. If you have a thicker door, see part # 509004 for longer spindles.
KEYING: All keyed entry products are available keyed alike.

If you have several keyed locks keyed alike, there may not be a key for every lock shipped. Half Dummy Lever A single non functioning Lever with back plate and mounting screws
Full Dummy Lever Two non functioning Levers with back plates and solid spindle. Not for use on doors with 2-1/8" bore preparation.

Returns
All Baldwin items are subject to 25% restocking fee when returned. Baldwin products are custom assembled per order and often times special ordered as per your selections. When items are returned they have to be disassembled and insected to make sure they are re-sellable and have all screws and mounting hardware.
Warranty Information
How do I get replacement products for items covered by your warranties? If you are the original consumer purchaser, currently own the product, and have proof of purchase, call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-437-7448 to order replacement parts. Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday.
What is covered by your warranty for products that are not finished with The Lifetime Finish from Baldwin? Limited Finish Warranty- The finish on Baldwin products (excluding Lifetime Finish and living finish products) is protected by a durable topcoat designed to maintain the beauty and quality of the Baldwin product. The Baldwin Limited Finish Warranty covers the original purchaser for five years from date of purchase for interior use, and one year for exterior use. Living Finishes- Due to the nature of Baldwin living finish products, they will wear over time and may already have begun the process before reaching your home. No finish warranty is offered on living finish products, which are designed to age and improve over time. Living finishes include raw brass, oil rubbed bronze, stainless steel, and other non-lacquered or non-PVD finishes. What does your Lifetime Limited Mechanical Warranty cover? Subject to the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Limited Mechanical Warranty, Baldwin warrants to the original consumer purchaser that each of Baldwin's products shall be free from mechanical defects for the lifetime of the applicable product as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. Do your warranties cover labor? The Limited Lifetime Finish Warranty, Limited Finish Warranty, and Lifetime Limited Mechanical Warranty do not cover labor costs.
