Single Cylinder Deadbolt Specificiations
- Lifetime Mechanical Warranty - 5 Year Finish Warranty - 5-Pin Tumbler Cylinder - 1" throw deadbolt with a hardened stainless steel rod insert - prevents sawing - All exposed components are brass or stainless steel - Fits standard door thickness of 1 3/8" - 1 3/4" - Optional door thickness for 2" and 2 1/4" - 2 3/8" or 2 3/4" backset- Deadbolt latch is not flat sided as pictured here, this deadbolt will only fit standard door prep of 2 1/8" facebore with 1" round crossbore. Single Cylinder Deadbolts are unlocked with a key on one side and unlocked from the inside of the home with a thumbturn. Most exterior doors use a combination of one deadbolt, and a keyed lever handle or door knob. We can key your door locks alike as long as the deadbolts are the same brand as your door knobs or lever handles.
EZSet Limited Product Warranty
EZSET Residential lockset come with a lifetime mechanical and 5-year finish warranty. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, warranting that the lock shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, other that normal wear to the lock. This warranty does not cover scratches or abrasions; abuse or misuse; deterioration due to the use of paint, solvents, or any other chemicals; or residential products used in commercial applications. Upon return of a confirmed defective product with an original paid receipt, the manufacturer shall either repair or replace the product. Under this warranty the manufacturer nor the supplier shall not be responsible for; any cost of removing the old lock, installing the new lock or any other additional costs.
