Aluminum Hourglass Sleeves for Securing Wire Rope
These hour glass shaped sleeves are made of aluminum to make them easily swaged/crimped onto wire rope to hole the rope securely in place. You'll order the aluminum sleeve in the same diameter of wire rope you'll be using. There are many different methods for installing cable railing, but generally you will need at least one aluminum sleeve on each end of every section of wire rope
