Specification for this Commerial Lever:

Door ranges: 1 3/8" - 1 3/4" Door thickness Deadbolt: 1 1/8" x 2 1/8" square corner face plate, 1" housing diameter, 1" throw ANSI Standards - Meets or exceeds requirement of BHMA/ANSI A 156.12, Series 4000 Grade 2, 400,000 Cycles. Exposed trim: Wrought Brass, bronze or stainless steel, levers are zinc casting, plated to match trim finish.		Backset: 2 3/4" (70mm) Standard, or 2 3/8" (60mm) Strike: 2 3/4" x 1 1/8" x 3/32" standard. ASA strike standard. Strike box available upon request. Keying 6 Pin Tumbler Cylinder, 2 keys per lock. Keying available upon request. keying charge may apply depending on quantity and complexity of keying.

		USE OR FUNCTION
		Entrance Keyed Locks - Deadbolt operated by key from outside or by turn unit from inside. Bolt automatically deadlocks when fully thrown. Outside lever unlocked by key from outside when locked by turn button on inside lever. Turning inside lever retracts deadbolt and latchbolt simulataneously for immediate exit.

		Passage Lock - Deadbolt operated by key from outside or by turn unit from inside. Bolt automatically deadlocks when fully thrown. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side. Turning inside lever retracts deadbolt and latchbolt simultaneously for immediate exit.

EZSet Limited Product Warranty

EZSET Residential lockset come with a lifetime mechanical and 5-year finish warranty. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, warranting that the lock shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, other that normal wear to the lock. This warranty does not cover scratches or abrasions; abuse or misuse; deterioration due to the use of paint, solvents, or any other chemicals; or residential products used in commercial applications. Upon return of a confirmed defective product with an original paid receipt, the manufacturer shall either repair or replace the product. Under this warranty the manufacturer nor the supplier shall not be responsible for; any cost of removing the old lock, installing the new lock or any other additional costs.
