If you find a lower price elsewhere on items you plan to purchase please let us know. We can almost always match the price. However, there are a few guidelines for price matching:

• Price comparisons must be the exact same item number, brand, finish and option. And the item must be in brand new condition - not factory seconds.
• The seller must be an authorized retailer of the brand in question.
• The seller must have the item in stock (it's easy to advertise low prices on stuiff you can't get).
• We do not match pricing on ebay listings, classified ads, inventory liquidations or overstock type warehouses.
• Pricing must be published by the retailer.

If you have found lower pricing, just email us the URL (web address) of the competing website along with your name, contact information and the items you intend to order to sales@directdoorhardware.com.

Low Price matching cannot be used in conjuction with other promotional offers that we may be advertising or that you have received from us by email or newsletter. Direct Door Hardware, LLC reserves the right to refuse price matching if it determines the items are not a true comparison or if the competitors price is below the cost to sell and ship the item from Direct Door Hardware to the customer. Cost comparisons will take into consideration the total cost of the product, plus shipping charges. Sales tax where applicable is not included in price matching.

We frequently have customers ask us to match prices because they just aren't comfortable with a competing website. They have the distrust because the website isn't easily found in the search engines, isn't professional, doesn't answer their phone or it's just really difficult to make sure you are getting what you think you are ordering. Direct Door Hardware constantly works toward improving the user experience, providing detailed information, updating pricing, adding new products and so forth. Keep in mind that when you choose a company to do business with, maybe price isn't everything. It's worth a few extra bucks to do business with a company that is knowledgable, is available for customers to answer questions and take care of any issues that arise.
