NOTE: Keyed functions require a 5 1/2 " CC bore measurement. This means from the center of the deadbolt hole to the center of the door knob hole should measure 5 1/2".

Emtek covers its door hardware with a 5 yr finish and mechanical warranty. Living finishes are not covered under this warranty as they are designed to change over time. For more information see Emtek Door Hardware Warranty.

Emtek products are assembled per order so when they are returned the doorknobs have to be taken apart and restocked. As a result, there is a 25% restock fee on all Emtek products. If items are returned that have been installed, used or abused there may be a higher restock fee assessed or no credit issued. Great looking

Installed the sideplate in brushed nickel with Hermes lever on my kitchen door. The look is fabulous, very clean and modern, and the overall look and feel says "quality." One small thing keeps me from giving 5 stars: the inside handle does not spring back into place after using it. I have to manually lift it up to horizontal because it sticks in the "down" position. Not a huge problem, but disappointing.

Great product

We installed this lever handle on our new front door in the oil rubbed bronze with dead bolt. It is a beautiful and heavy, easy to install, and the best thing out there for the price. We also purchased the knob with sideplate for our back door in the same oil rubbed bronze finish. These units are just perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
