If the finish of any of the items protected by the Guardian Lifetime Guarantee™ tarnishes or corrodes, Amerock® will send to the original purchaser, without charge, a new replacement product of the same or comparable style and quality. If a replacement is no longer available, Amerock® will refund to the original purchaser the current retail value of the knob or pull. This warranty does not include removal of the defective product or installation of the replacement product, which are the responsibilities of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover product failure caused by improper installation, product abuse, casualty, or other abnormal conditions.

Allison cabinet hardware can be returned within 60 days of original purchase and is subject to a 20% restock fee.

drawer pulls

The drawer pulls great on our distressed dresser. Install was tricky because the screws weren't long enough for the width of the drawers; we had to use wood glue. We were disappointed with the speed of delivery. We understood that if there weren't enough in stock there might be a wait- but we were never emailed about having any issues with stock. We expected them to arrive within a week- it took TWO.
